The rooms look nothing like the pictures, they definitely need some work, and good cleaning. The staff was great and the breakfast was decent. There is no privacy arriving or leaving the hotel and peace and quiet are out of the question due to the bars located at the bottom of the hotel playing incredibly loud music. Overall it was a decent stay for the cost.

The location is great. They put me on the 6th floor with a great view. The hotel is very clean and beautiful.

Great hotel ,great location, very clean the only down fall is that they honor the check in 3pm policy not a min before. They offer a free breakfast included it is ok They fail to notify guest you can order certain things from Cook.

Great service ... Hector one of the workers was great he had very good attention to detail and was very polite and friendly .. would defenetly come back. Hector showed great guest service and made the stay more pleasant.

Stayed for business. One bad thing was there were a lot of young drunk people yelling late night as there are plenty bars downstairs. Yet very convenient distance to my work center

Great location, everything was walking distance and there was great food on street level so aside from activities, we ate and drank for super cheap on the premises!

The location itself is pretty cool, right in the middle of things and next to a big mall reminiscent of malls in the US since it has a lot of the same stores. If you mind noise, make sure to get a room opposite the entrance because there is a popular night club right across the small street from the hotel. The food was good in the morning for the complimentary breakfast, overall a great experience.

Yes it is located at a premium location Well that is all I am not sure if by booking outside of their network counts towards the rooms assigned Our room was not as clean as it should, dust was accumulated on the night stand. What impressed me the most was the towels, as you can see in the pictures, this are the type of towels you don't want on your body The color it's between dirty and off-white mire towards grayish The threads are coming apart Because of the deal I assumed we were given the lowest they have in service This hotel is at the heart of everything however it lacks class, referring to its surroundings The entrance is awkward the lobby it's located one fly up. Upon our arrival there was no-one there so we figure to go up and explore Personnel were extremely friendly , typical if Mexican hospitality The morning breakfast was plentiful with all the options one could expect from Mexican cuisine Parking is only available valet style, which I found it to me very affordable Overall the location makes up for the flaws of the room, can't talk about the rest of the rooms Only the one we stayed in The closest option is 100 bucks more, so a great location and a place to rest for the price ... it was a great alternative
